Starting the cooperation

Veronika started working for ELAI as a salesperson, but she did not have a sales background. The company had no time or resources to lead her and there was no one with sales experience to teach her.

The Process

We trained Veronika in our Sales Academy. The training took 8 weeks in total. The first 14 days were very intensive, then there was training once a week, and she applied her newly acquired skills to practice. We supported her and evaluated her progress.
